Custom gear typically takes 4-6 weeks for production and assembly. Standard stock items are processed within 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 3-5 days.
What is your return policy on performance equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized jerseys and bats that have had the shrink-wrap removed cannot be returned.

Most aluminum and composite bats carry a one-year limited warranty through the manufacturer. Gloves and protective gear typically include a 6-month warranty against craftsmanship defects.
