At Momentum Baseball, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the diamond. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact for bats and gloves.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
